Community Safety

As a reminder to everybody regarding your guests.  As a property owner (residential / commercial) you are responsible for any and everybody that you let come in on your guest list per the CC&R’s Article 13.3 Owner’s Responsibility for Conduct and Damages. We have some people that are restricted or have restraining orders against someone, so the purpose of having a gate is to keep everyone safe.  If you do not directly know someone you should not be putting them on your guest list because you do not know once they come through the gate if they are actually going to come to your property or if they are going to someone else’s property where they do not belong.  You are now endangering someone else.  Please do your part by keeping everybody in the community safe and only add people to your guest list that you know personally.  Please fee free to call the POA office with any questions or concerns at any time.
