Maintenance
The Maintenance Department under the direction of the General Manager is committed to providing for the routine maintenance and repair of the common interest areas and facilities within the community. Residents may submit a “Maintenance Request Form” if they have concerns regarding any of the common areas or facilities. The Maintenance Department does not provide services to any of the single interest individually owned properties within the community. Required routine maintenance and repair of individually owned properties is the responsibility of the property owner.
