Senior Singles of Lake California
This was the topic of discussion of some Lake California residents several years ago when they started a “Going Out to Lunch Club” and named it Senior Singles. These once-a-month luncheons were an immediate success and today there are new members showing up for lunch each month. There are no dues, no agenda, no volunteer work.
“There are too many older residents of Lake California who are living alone and seem isolated from social activities.”
Lunches:
The group meets at a different local restaurant on the last Thursday of the month to enjoy a pleasant afternoon with other senior singles from Lake California. Each month, a notification is published in the Lake California Community Newsletter, listing the location for upcoming luncheons and times.
