DwellingLive technical support got back to me yesterday and said that there was a bug in their system that was causing the gate not to see the guests that were being added. This was not just an issue with us, this was happening with other DwellingLive users as well. They advised that they have fixed the issue. Please if you are still running across problems, please do not take it out on the gate as it is beyond their control, however please contact me (Crystal) in the office at (530) 347-7900 or email me at general@lakecalifornia.net

The quicker I know about these issues the quicker I can get them fixed / addressed with DwellingLive.
