Fireworks Friday Fundraiser

May’s Fireworks Friday was a huge success as we raised almost $1,000 for our Annual Fireworks Celebration.  Thank you to all who joined us in raising funds for the Celebration Committee.  We are going to step it up for the June Fireworks Friday by adding some live music to the menu.  June’s Fireworks Friday will be June 7th starting at 4 PM.  We will be serving up Loaded Tamales: in house made tamales topped with a fresh black bean and corn salsa, cabbage, our signature jalapeno, cilantro cream, and cotija cheese.  Fireworks Friday dinner costs $10 with all profits going to the Annual Fireworks Celebration.  Live music with Billy and the Jets will be from 7 to 10 PM.  If you missed Billy and the Jets last month, be sure to come down and check out this Elton John, Billy Joel cover band as they were awesome.  Let’s raise some money for the Fireworks!
