Good News: Restrictions on Alcohol Sales Rescinded

Alcohol Beverage Control posted the following:

“Club licensees (license types 50, 51, and 52) may exercise the same pre-COVID-19 crisis privileges of serving alcoholic beverages to members and bona fide guests of members for consumption on the licensed premises.”

The restriction to only serve alcohol in conjunction with a bona fide meal has been rescinded. Residents may now simply enjoy an alcoholic beverage without being required to order food. We ask that residents continue to practice social distancing and to sit in groups of 10 or less people.
