Notice from Rio Alto

The wetlands are now open.  We need to count on the community to self-police the wetlands until the District can purchase a card scanner and cameras to monitor access at the wetlands.  Thanks to all who attended the meeting, voiced their concerns, and offered up valuable solutions to resolve the dogs off leash issue quickly!
